PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

What products can Elvis Elvin Labs manufacture?

We provide development and manufacturing support for skincare, body care, haircare, fragrance, sheet masks, color cosmetics, candles and selected personal-care products. Project acceptance depends on formula requirements, packaging compatibility, production equipment and regulatory considerations.

Do you offer custom formulation?

Yes. Our research and development team can create custom formulations based on your product concept, target customer, preferred ingredients, texture, positioning and performance goals.

Can you work with an existing formula?

Yes. We can review an existing formula for manufacturing feasibility, raw-material availability, processing requirements and compatibility with our equipment. Additional testing or adjustments may be required before commercial production.

Do you offer private-label products?

Yes. Private-label and semi-custom options may be available for selected product categories. Availability, minimum quantities and customization options depend on the product and packaging selected.

How many sample revisions are included?

The number of sample revisions depends on the development program and project scope. The approved quotation will clearly state the number of included sample rounds and the fees for additional revisions.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES

What is your minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary by product category, formula, packaging and manufacturing process.

Selected projects may begin with batch sizes as low as 10 kg. The finished-unit quantity depends on the product fill size and production yield.

Do you support small and emerging brands?

Yes. We work with independent founders, emerging brands and established companies. Our team can recommend a development and production path based on your budget, target quantity and launch goals.

Can I order only 200 units?

A 200-unit program may be possible for selected base formulas and packaging formats. Custom formulas, specialized components and more complex production processes generally require higher minimums.

TIMELINES

What is the typical product-development timeline?

Development timelines vary depending on formula complexity, sample revisions, testing, ingredient sourcing and client response time.

A project-specific timeline will be provided after we review your brief.

What is the typical production lead time?

Production lead time begins after the formula, artwork, packaging, purchase order and required deposit have been approved.

Timing depends on raw-material availability, component delivery, testing, production scheduling and order quantity.

Can you accommodate urgent production?

Expedited scheduling may be available depending on material availability, packaging readiness and the existing production schedule. Rush fees may apply.

PACKAGING

Can you help source packaging?

Yes. We can assist with identifying bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, droppers, fragrance components, pouches, cartons and other packaging based on project requirements and supplier availability.

Can I provide my own packaging?

Yes. Customer-supplied packaging must be delivered according to the approved schedule and may require compatibility, filling and line testing before production.

Do you provide labels and cartons?

We can support label application, carton assembly and finished-product packout. Printing and sourcing services may also be available depending on project needs.

Do you perform packaging compatibility testing?

Packaging compatibility review may be recommended or required, especially for products containing fragrance, alcohol, oils, acids, active ingredients or sensitive formulas.

SHEET MASK MANUFACTURING

Do you manufacture sheet masks in the United States?

Yes. Elvis Elvin Labs provides U.S.-based sheet-mask development and manufacturing, including serum formulation, mask filling, pouch sealing, batch coding and finished-product assembly.

FRAGRANCE

Do you develop and manufacture fragrance?

Yes. We support custom, semi-custom and customer-supplied fragrance projects, including blending, filling, crimping, labeling, cartoning and finished-product assembly.

What fragrance sizes can you fill?

Yes. We support sample vials, promotional programs, travel sizes, discovery sets and gift-set assembly.

Can I provide my own fragrance oil?

Yes. Customer-supplied fragrance oil may be accepted after documentation, compatibility and manufacturing review.

QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION

Are you a GMP-certified facility?

Elvis Elvin Labs operates as a GMP-certified cosmetic manufacturing facility. Supporting documentation can be discussed during project onboarding.

Are you ISO certified?

We are not currently ISO certified. Do not describe Elvis Elvin Labs as ISO certified in product or marketing materials.

What quality-control records do you maintain?

Depending on the project, records may include:

Can you provide ingredient and supplier documents?

Available documents may include Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis, technical specifications and supplier-provided supporting documentation. Availability depends on the material and supplier.

Do you provide regulatory registration services?

We provide manufacturing and available product documentation, but we do not automatically include regulatory registration, product notification or legal review unless specifically stated in the project agreement.

The brand owner is responsible for confirming the requirements of each intended sales market.

Nondisclosure agreements may be reviewed before confidential formula or business information is exchanged.

Who owns the custom formula?

Formula ownership depends on the development agreement and selected program. Ownership, exclusivity and usage rights should be confirmed in writing before development begins.

What payment is required to begin?

Development fees, deposits and payment schedules depend on the project. The quotation and manufacturing agreement will explain all required payments and milestones.
